Edinburgh Festival Fringe

After a lifetime of battling addiction, Tess Butler is dead. Well, almost. Now, her fate lies with a jury of 12 people from her past. During her life Tess lied and broke her promises, but she was also courageous, compassionate and kind. The Twelve fight, plead and argue with each other until only one question remains: how many chances do we get? Co-commissioned by the American Music Theatre Project and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, critically acclaimed writing team Casey Kendall and Jonathan Bauerfeld return to the Fringe with this moving ensemble driven musical.
Legally Blonde
the musical
Directed by Alexandra Spencer-Jones
August 1-24, 2019
Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh Festival Fringe
Edinburgh, Scotland
Dumped by her boyfriend for not being 'serious' enough, Legally Blonde the Musical follows Delta Nu sorority sister Elle Woods to Harvard Law School where she shows her ex (and everybody else) that there's more to her than just a hair color. Spurred on by her self-belief, determination and an amazing manicure, Elle wins over her doubters and proves that a glass ceiling isn't a match for a woman on a mission!
GUNS OR GLITTER?:
A GENDER REVEAL PARTY
June 6 + 13, 2019 //
Tron Theatre, Glasgow, UK
Howdy ladies and gentleman, boys and girls. and friends from beyond the binary! My name is Imani and welcome to my gender reveal party! That's right - my gender reveal party. That's my own personal gender in that box. This original cabaret (with a new self-penned song) is an exploration of how I made some self-discoveries with the help of music, Mitski, and legendary figures.
Desarrollo
By Juliany Taveras
Directed by Manny Rivera
July 27 - August 5, 2018 //
Corkscrew Theater Festival
Paradise Factory Theater, New York, NY
Nelly, Alaida, and Sol spent hot summer days daring, dancing, and documenting their way across boroughs, rivers, and storefronts. Ten years later, time has seemed to warp everything, from their once-indestructible friendship to the landscape of the streets they used to call home. Desarrollo is an unraveling—a discovery—of what happens to the people and the places we love when put under pressure; like film developing in the dark, their stories are ones of transformation, of capturing the moments that change us.
